Appointment Policy

Scheduling

Appointments can be made online through our booking system, by phone at (570) 836-5755, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and stylist are available.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling to accommodate other clients. You will be charged for the full service regardless of shortened time.

Service Policies

Consultations

All color services and major style changes include a complimentary consultation. We encourage open communication about your desired results to ensure the best possible outcome.

Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to make it right.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Service prices may vary based on stylist level, hair length, and product usage. We will provide a quote during your consultation.

Payment

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity is not included in service prices and is appreciated but not required.

Product Returns & Exchanges

Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. We want you to love your products-if something isn't right, let us know and we'll help you find the perfect alternative.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase in any amount. They never expire and can be used for all services and products. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Health & Safety

For the safety of all clients and staff, please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions before your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.
